Размеры файлов

Очень маленькие размеры загружаемых файлов, в частности формата pdf 19кб. Хотел загрузить каталоги запчастей, а они весят по 10мб.

При попытке загрузить фото в галерею (причем даже же для той, что стоит в аватаре), выдается сообщение:
